Learn how to can, preserve and dry foods, right in time for the abundance of harvest. This special class will show you different methods for preserving and storing fresh fruits and vegetables so you can enjoy them in the cold winter months. Dena Aquilina of Beneficial Farms CSA, Amy Hetager of Home Grown New Mexico and Loretta Fresquez of Monte Vista Organic Farm are instructors.
